3. E-Commerce & Merchandise Store (Print-on-Demand)

Our storefront offers branded physical merchandise (including apparel, hats, mugs, and laptop sleeves) fulfilled via third-party print-on-demand services (specifically Printify). By purchasing physical products from our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational policies:

A. Made-to-Order & Order Modifications

All physical merchandise is custom-printed and manufactured automatically upon order placement. Because production begins immediately, orders cannot be modified, changed, or canceled once they have been submitted. Please double-check your shipping address, sizing selections, and quantities before completing payment.

B. Return & Refund Policy

Because items are printed dynamically per order, our fulfillment partners do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preferences.

  • Final Sale: All merchandise purchases are final sale. Please refer to the sizing charts provided on the product pages to ensure an accurate fit.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is physically damaged, defective, or contains a clear manufacturing/printing error, you must contact us at [Insert Contact Email] within thirty (30) days of product delivery. You must provide clear photographic proof of the defect. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund for the defective item.

C. Shipping, Production, & Split Shipments

  • Fulfillment Time: Because products are made to order, please allow 2 to 7 business days for production and fulfillment before your items are handed over to the shipping carrier. Shipping times calculated at checkout are in addition to this production window.

  • Split Shipments: Our products may be produced across different printing and manufacturing facilities worldwide. If your order contains multiple distinct items (e.g., a t-shirt and a coffee mug), they may ship separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages arriving at different times.

  • Third-Party Carrier Delay: CryptoCube is not liable for shipping delays, customs clearance holds, or disruptions caused by postal carriers or international logistics networks.

D. Inventory and Product Availability

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or change specifications at any time. In the rare event that a specific product variant (e.g., a specific size or color) becomes unavailable at our fulfillment facility after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that specific item.

4. User Accounts and Newsletter Subscriptions

If you subscribe to our newsletter or create an account on the Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or subscriptions at our sole discretion if we detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoCube, its founder Nadav Sananes, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Website, its educational content, or any physical products purchased through the storefront. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, crypto wallet security breaches, or system errors.
